Found Zae’s on TikTok and the work posted made me feel comfortable reaching out for a diagnostics for my car. I got a very prompt response to setup an appointment. He was able to come out the next day top of the morning. The diagnostic is $75 which is very reasonable being that it was accurate and showed me exactly what needed to be repaired. Additionally he directed me sites to order the parts needed that were about 40% cheaper than any of the local auto parts stores and reputable ( the parts took about a week to come in with standard shipping but there are options for expedited shipping). This combined with his great prices for labor made it a no brainer to choose Zae’s. He replaced my radiator, engine temperature sensor, spark plugs, water pump, thermostat and an oil change. Literally went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work being done and how I can check things for myself in the future. Will definitely use them again for all my car maintenance needs.

Zae provided excellent service from start to finish. I called him on a Monday and he showed up in about 30 minutes. He even took the time to drive me to AutoZone to get a serpentine belt and back to my place. After checking the car, he correctly diagnosed that the alternator also needed to be replaced. When we couldn’t find one in store, he drove me back home and recommended ordering it online. Once the part arrived, I called him and he showed up the next day exactly when he said he would. He completed the work in under an hour, replaced the serpentine belt, installed the new alternator properly, and even fixed a coolant leak I didn’t know about. My car had been sitting for a week, and he got it back running smoothly. Reliable, honest, and efficient. Great guy, highly recommend.

Definitely to the rescue. I do a lot of traveling for work and didn't realize how bad I needed a brake service. My car literally would not start and I had a meeting to get to in 30 minutes, thankfully Zae had pulled into my parking garage (he was helping someone else) and was able to give me a jump!
