I recently brought my Audi Q5 TDI to 1st Stop AutoHaus for a suspension upgrade and several maintenance services. The team was professional, communicative, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the car drives better than ever. Parts and labor detail was clear and during the process kept me up to date on everything by sending me progress pictures. Work done was with quality and included mounts, bushings, all fluids and he advised to wait on brakes. Overall very satisfied with his work.

I always come back for my fluid changes. I recommend them 100%, staff is family friendly and technicians are very knowledgeable. Best VAG shop in the Houston and surrounding areas.
View on GoogleI broke an alignment pin on one of the intake manifold partitions when I removed the intake manifold on my wife's Q3. I called both Audi and VW dealerships and the closest ones available were in Waco. On a whim I called 1st Stop AutoHaus and although they didn't have the part in stock, they offered to order it for me and it was delivered to their shop less than 3 hours later which they sold to me at a very reasonable price. They saved the day! Thanks!
View on GoogleHonest mechanics charging reasonable prices. Brought my VW with AC problems and they were done the next day. We received pictures and an accurate invoice. They did not try to up charge me at all. Will be bringing my car back whenever my VW has issues again (I know it will). Trust them more than the dealership.
