Excellent service! Recommending for all single women! No mark-up and the photograph EVERYTHING you need and give you the option to choose according to your budget. Payment plans available for extensive repairs. Mr. Gene, Eric, Eric Jr, and the rest of the crew are good people!
View on GoogleHad a great experience with everyone at the shop, though I specifically worked with Eric the most. He was super professional, incredibly knowledgeable while also being chill and easy to talk to. He gave off good vibes and definitely left me feeling confident I brought my car to the right place. I had to get a headlight replaced, but because they do a general inspection of the car. They did notice that my wheel rotors and break pads were almost entirely gone. They brought me back in the shop to show me what they were talking about concerning my car (also, since I bought my care used, I looked into the car maintenance history, and the breaks had not been serviced in ages). They made sure I understood everything (even had a nice video to further explain things). Beyond that, making an appointment with them was incredibly easy. They do offer to get you an uber/lyft, but if you prefer to wait, the lobby is very comfortable, access to drinks and bathroom and not super noisy due to car repair happening on the other side of the door. They had everything taken care of quickly and kept me updated. While they did notice some other issues with my car that need to be addressed soon, they didn't pressure me to have the work done with them at that time. All in all, I had a great experience and would not hesitate to take my car back, or recommend them to anyone on need of a mechan/car repair.

View on GoogleI brought my vehicle in to get some work done on the fuel system, my vehicle was misfiring.These guys were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. My vehicle is now running like new again. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop with reasonable prices. I will be bringing all my vehicles here in the future!
View on GoogleI've been a client of West Houston Auto repair for over 8 years. They've taken care of me through 3 different cars. What I like about them is that they are always honest and transparent about what's wrong. They also always do things right. I have never had to return to them to fix something that they repaired even though they have a warranty. If you keep going to them they keep track of your car and make sure that you're receiving maintenance to keep your older car living for forever. While I'm waiting I always like to ask them car questions and chat about life, next thing you know it the car is repaired!
