Wallisville Auto Repair/Napa Auto Service

I initially tried to get my service done at Walmart but the wait time was over 3 hours since I didn’t have an appointment so I decided to try another place down the road and I stumbled on this auto business. What a blessing it’s been ever since. The manager Elmer Sanchez is personable while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. He’s able to communicate all issues of your vehicle, while ensuring an accurate wait-time before any unnecessary time and energy is wasted and his team is efficient and amicable towards all visitors. I was able to get my brakes and oil change at a reasonable cost and it took less time than the three hours I would sometimes spend waiting at Walmart Auto care. I truly appreciate this place and highly recommend anyone to come and do business with them.

Time and money are important to most if not all people and to further add our vehicles are not far behind in that list of what matters. I've been to dealerships and corporate auto shops like Firestone and Pepboys only because they are supposed to be trusted and adhere to a higher commitment or standing or so I thought. So the day I decided to take my vehicle to repair a headlight I felt it was just a minor repair so a corporate auto shop wasn't as imperative as if it were a much bigger issue. Besides, Wallisville Auto Repair was close to my residence and in addition I've taken my headlight issue to Pepboys TWICE and the issue kept happening. I thought it might have been a wiring issue so I decided to try someone new. WOW was I shown a whole new light from the corporate to neighborhood auto repair and their commitment to ensure my needs were addressed. Elmer went ABOVE and BEYOND to explain the issue and even explained it appeared as to whoever tried to repair it in the past (uh that would be Pepboys) only put a band aid on a big wound. He took the time to ensure the wiring was replaced and explained the parts used previously were ineffective. He even added protection to the headlight to protect it from moisture. This will surely adjust my thinking in the future and Wallisville Auto Repair earned my business in the future!!! Thank you so much ELMER my headlight is now working properly and this is what customer service should be about!!!

My husband and I have taken our cars for service to Wallisville Auto Repair for over 25 years…we have never been disappointed with the great service and value they provide…very courteous, no long waits, and fair prices. Today I had a broken headlight and the Manager, Elmer Sanchez, fixed it for free…and it was so quick, I barely had chance to sit down!

I called shop for a quote on replacing a headlight bulb. I spoke with Elmer and received great customer service! He gave me a very reasonable quote for the service, and I was in/out in probably 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning for additional services!

I’ve been coming to this shop for years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I recently paid $562 for a repair I was led to believe would fix my vehicle. I was told there would be a test run and that I would have my car back. After payment was taken, I was then told the car still did not work and it ultimately had to be towed. As a result, I no longer have a working vehicle and am currently borrowing my mom’s car while I try to figure out next steps. This impact was not communicated to me beforehand. I was not informed that the work was only an attempt or that it might not resolve the issue. I’ve tried to resolve this directly by asking to speak with the owner, but they were unavailable, and no refund or correction was offered. I’m sharing this so other customers understand the importance of getting clear confirmation about whether a repair is guaranteed before paying.
