These guys broke two bolts when changing a tire for me and said one was already broke which I know with 100% certainty this was not true. They did nothing but tell me I will have to take it to a dealership to fix. Never coming here again and I do not recommend this place as they didn’t take any accountability for what they did.
View on GoogleNever go here they sell bad tires, they are over priced and they have horrible customer service... They sold us bad tires and wouldn't even try to resolve it, even though we were back within a couple of days and then back again and it hadn't even been 7 days since we wasted $150 on the BAD tires they sold us..... Stay away from this place
View on GoogleI would leave no stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY OF YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS, ESPECIALLY TIRES! I went here to mount 2 new tires I had purchased somewhere else.. employee that dismounted my wheels looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. On top of that, he broke one of the wheel studs in the process and scratched my wheels. This place has horrible service and is very unprofessional. Look else where for any of your vehicle needs.

These are just two kids trying to run a business that they don't know how to operate Nor know how to do their job very well. I would rather pay the extra to take it to discount tire and have them do it correctly.
View on GoogleMy tires was down to the wire just got a alignment 2 weeks prior and my tires were bad and I went to 3 tires shops and Velasquez tire shop my 3rd I told them I had 45 dollars and I needed 1 tire the gentlemen has said hold on let me see what I can find then boom he popped and saved my day when he said I had and this one for 50 I was like YES I'll take it but I told him I'll be back later on for the second tire then I pulled up around one o'clock paid my 50 for the second tire and the drive if my car completely improved and the gentlemen at the tire shop even recommended me a Auto body shop.... TO THE GENTLEMEN THAT WORK AT THAT TIRE SHOP NEW A RAISE HE ACTUALLY MADE MY FREAKING DAY I RECOMMEND THEM 10000000%
