I went there several times including once where he flat out told me he did not have time because he was too busy after himself had ask for me to come that day. Another time, I waited more than an hour once for him to show, his employee let me know that he was out at an appointment. I called him up today to make sure that he was there and available and went. Although, I arrived before his countrymen, he serviced them before me. Nonetheless, I chose not to raise the issue so I simply waited again. Finally, he came to my car to discuss. While explaining to him what work I wanted done and what I wanted an estimate for myself and not the insurance he got an attitude. He started shouting at me that I was loosing his time. Stop being agressive and disrespectful towards customers.

Van has taken care of my car TWICE now. The first was some suspension and frame work, and the second was after a little accident. Both times, he quoted me quickly and fairly with a kind smile. My car is back up and running and ready to live on to 300K miles.
View on GoogleI'd give "0" stars if I could!! I was recommended this shop by a coworker and decided to take my car. My AC stopped blowing, the blower motor had went out. Well they supposedly fixed it, NOT! My car blows air but it's not cold air like it was before. This shop made a leak somewhere because freon will not stay in my car. I took my car back a few times, instead of them searching for the leak they just poured stop leak in my system and put freon. I heard you should NEVER use stop leak in an AC system!! Then my dashboard is coming out of place, because they didn't snap it back in place so it makes an really annoying noise. I took it back and instead of them fixing it they just put some tape on the dash!!! I'm really annoyed and upset with this shop and wouldn't recommend to ANYONE. I spent a lot of gas and time traveling to Van's auto service to only come out in a worse situation!!! Went back to Van's Auto shop today 6/1/19 I gave him a chance to RIGHT his WRONGS and instead he was rude, unprofessional, and didn't take blame for his mistakes. He made up every excuse not to fix my car correctly. He was very mad and upset about my previous review! If you don't want BAD reviews DON'T do BAD business!! This is not the type of business you want to take your car to, a place that doesn't admit to their wrong doing!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!
