I'm an do it yourself mechanic and when I can't do it, this is the place to go. And I wasn't about to change the timing belt on my truck myself. You have to know what your doing in there to fix it right. Everyone is very proffesional and knowledgeable of the work needed. If they suggest anything additional, it's because it should be replaced soon anyway. Also, they don't use Made in China parts. They use quality parts from trusted sources. I highly recommend all the work they do.

My transmission was rebuilt and after driving my car for a week, I am PLEASED with the work done. My car feels new again with an extremely smooth shifting transmission. The transmission was properly assembled and I was also given a respectable warranty. There was no issues with any other components that were removed and reassembled as part of the repair. I typically don’t do reviews however, based on my experience at US Auto Center, I highly recommend them.

I have known this shop for over 15 years and I go to this shop whenever my cars have problems. Accurate diagnosis and fixing the cause without breaking other parts or function is most important to me when I select a repair shop. The head mechanic, also the owner of this shop, knows very well what he is doing. He kindly explains everything you ask about the repair, gives you options you can choose, and helps you to make a right choice.

This shop is one of the most trustworthy auto repair centers in Houston. I have had many services done here, including spark plugs, lower control arms, struts, shocks, water pump, drive belt, hub bearings, and wheel alignment, transmission fluid flush, engine coolant flush, etc. This repair shop always uses only genuine parts or parts equivalent to OEM quality. They never use cheap Chinese parts or low-grade used parts. Even if you bring inexpensive parts purchased from Amazon, they will not perform the repair with those components. The owner of the shop worked as an engineer at Dae Woo Shipbuilding in Korea. If you want meticulous and reliable service, this is the place you can trust.
