I brought my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport AWD to Universal Transmission for a CVT diagnostic. After declining the rebuild due to cost, I was told the vehicle would be returned in a tow-ready condition. When I received the vehicle back, it was heavily disassembled with parts loose inside the vehicle, disconnected wiring/hoses, and the engine supported by a strap. I also discovered my recently purchased battery was missing. I never received detailed written diagnostic findings or a fully itemized breakdown of the charges despite requesting them multiple times. I recommend getting all pricing, authorizations, and diagnostic findings in writing before approving any work or financing.

Had to bring my car back because there were leaks everywhere from day one. Not only are this technicians terrible at assembling but they installed seals covered with paint, broke bolts and didn't bother to extract and replace aand install my subframe bolts so that they would never come off, broke a breaker bar and two sockets and still unable to remove it. Worst of all. They use whatever cheap tranny fluid they can get their hands on and they don't care that it's not made for your transmission. Ford fluid is not the same or compatible with Honda. Stay far away from this joke of a shop.

I absolutely do not recommend doing business with this man, Alex. He charged me $7,100 to fix the transmission on my 2019 GMC Sierra. Be very careful with him; he tries to sell you a lot of things, and I only found out from another mechanic that that's the price of a new transmission, already installed. I went to the dealership to ask, and it was true. And to top it all off, he did a terrible job. I don't recommend him at all; be careful. It's not the company's fault, it's this person.

Just had the transmission work done on my 2001 GMC Sierra and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The truck runs smooth and shifts great now. John was the main person I spoke with and he was super helpful, honest, and kept me in the loop the whole time. The price was fair and the work was done right. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing transmission work.
