Very bad experience with this transmission shop. Edwin Velez is a very dishonest and deceptive person. Before bringing my truck here, I already had a quote from another transmission shop for around $10,000 for the complete repair. Edwin promised me he could fix it for less money. After keeping my truck for almost one month, he suddenly told me the repair would cost $25,000. When I refused, he demanded $1,295 just for opening the transmission, even though nothing was properly repaired. On top of that, I had to pay additional towing costs twice. Stay away from this business. They will take your money very easily through dishonest and misleading practices.
