Honestly so amazing! First...His shop is a little hard to find when you pull in, you go all the way to the end and to the right to find his shop. Recently I had just noticed that my muffler was hanging a little bit low, so I went in today just to see what he thought and apparently just a bolt was broken. At first he was just going to charge me 30$ but then after he fixed it very quickly he didn't charge me out of the kindness of his heart. If I ever need anything done I'll be coming back!!!! Thank you for your kindness 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Went to weld my exhaust tip back, told the owner i had plans on redoing the exhaust pipes from the cat back, he gave me an awesome price!, So i got my pipes done from the cats back. Honestly the best price in houston. Very friendly, Quality work! Will come back!

Awesome shop and great service! Drove up wanting to make an appointment for a patch weld I needed on my GMC Denali. They had a car on the lift already but I was asked to wait. After they were done... I spoke to Pepe and he said he could do it now and to drive my truck on the lift. I showed him my concern and he said "no problem". Took him about 5 to 10 minutes and showed me what he did after he finished. Very happy with the outcome and will definitely be back for any and all of my exhaust needs. Very reasonably priced as well. Thanks again Pepe!!!

I had a 5 star experience at United Muffler Shop. I called ahead to ask for a quote and availability. I was told I could come in the same day. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Pepe had me drive the car unto the lift and he started working immediately. I had the factory exhaust system on my Mustang replaced with a new cat back exhaust. Pepe determined that the final price was lower than the quoted price, after seeing the new exhaust. This shows how honest and fair the pricing is. I will return here for any muffler needs, and will recommend this shop to family and friends. Thank you!
