I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop. I was charged $600 for an oil change, engine wash, and oil pressure sensor replacement on my Ford Explorer. After getting multiple opinions and comparing pricing with several other shops in the area, I found that the cost was significantly higher than what others would have charged for the same work. What makes this even more disappointing is that I was a long-time customer. I trusted this business, referred others to them, and expected honesty and fair treatment. Instead, I left feeling like my loyalty was taken for granted. The owner presents the business as being centered around faith and Christian values, but my experience did not reflect the honesty, transparency, and fairness that those values represent. When I raised my concerns, I was offered a free future oil change, but that does not change the fact that I believe I was overcharged for the original service. Customer service is not just about being polite after a complaint. It’s about treating loyal customers fairly from the beginning. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

Do NOT go to this mechanic!! They really deserve 0 starts four for the sake of posting this review I HAD to choose 1. I chose this mechanic due to thinking they were faith based and “Christian”, biggest mistake. They texted me updates about a different car that wasn’t mine, with personal information including name, address and phone number of a different customer and probably texted that person my information. Upon pick up, they gave me the wrong car keys. They never provided me with the final diagnostic report they said I would be getting via WhatsApp. I messaged them, no response. I called them and they said they would look into it but no call back. If that wasn’t enough, my truck is now making clicking sounds, my ac doesn’t work and my truck smells like gas!!! ALL problems that weren’t initially there. I see that they reply “may God bless you” to all of the negative reviews so I’m expecting the same response to mine. And yes, God will bless me. I pray he will place a better mechanic in my path to help me fix this mess that they have created!

Don’t come here and don’t trust the mechanic with flip flops !!!! Worst mechanic shop experience I’ve ever had. They told me it would take about a week just to diagnose my truck, then acted like they knew exactly what the problem was. After keeping my truck for over a month, they still could not fix anything. Every time I called for updates, nobody would answer the phone or return calls. Communication was terrible from the beginning. Then they started asking for more money for extra parts while also admitting they could not guarantee the truck would even be fixed. When I finally showed up in person, my truck was still in the exact same condition. Basically my truck sat there for a month wasting my time while they guessed at the problem and kept trying to charge more money. I asked for my money back since nothing was repaired except one part being replaced, but they handled it very unprofessionally. The owner did not seem serious about the business at all. I would never trust this shop again and would strongly recommend people stay away unless you want to lose time and money with no results

I had a last-minute trip with my family and I called Electric Twins to ensure my Chevy 1500 was safe to ride. They plugged in the analyzer, drove the truck, and they presented a repair plan with parts to replace, timeline and cost. They set up a WhatsApp chat and I was well informed on the progress on my truck. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the pick up time and the truck was already done. I found my truck shining .. they washed my truck ..wow.. they definitely went beyond my expectations !
