Very unprofessional people and unethical. Avoid at all costs, i used to talk them up but i guess new owners changed the business. “Karen” mgr or whatever got mad when i questioned their product and how long it would take to get a replacement tire for a separated sidewall on a tire that is 4 months old and actually driven on for about 2 months. Threatened me with the police when i was told to remove all my tires and bring them back for a refund (what am I supposed feel like, happy?) in was driving to work and my tire light came on due to low pressure. I took pics and changed my tire. That same tire had a bad vibration that i had addressed multiple times to no avail. I have videos showing it is out of round. Again, buy at your own risk. I have had multiple sets with them but their quality has dropped significantly! Edit, to the owner, i have no way of contacting yall because no one really answers the phone. The office has my contact information or i dont know how else to contact yall.

I have bought MT Claws over the years. I ordered a third set. These tires are some of the best offroad tires i have ever used. They also handle great on the road. I had them on my 2003 jeep TJ and now they will be on my 2013 JK. I will keep using these tires till the day I cant drag myself into my jeep.

Good quality tires. I appreciate how they walked us through their process, showed us the different tires, offered us a beverage and nice room to relax in while they immediately went to work on our tires. It did take an extremely long time to mount the tires even though we were the only customers and called ahead and scheduled the appointment. We were assured the tires we bought were in stock and in this warehouse. Turns out, after we paid, the tires weren't here and had to be picked up from another location. Arrived at 11am and finally got the tires mounted at 2:45. Nice tires and nice people but don't make any other plans for the day.

Warning, these tires not good quality. Bought a set of 4 straight from the manufacturer. Two failed were retreaded. They graciously replaced one and the other after I purchased their extended warranty. Then the other two failed the same way. Not even 10k miles and I’m running a different brand. Do not do what I did and disregard the negative reviews. DO NOT BUY THESE TIRES. Purchased 5 35x12.5x18 The Claw tires in February. Within the first 1k miles one of them had seperated and had to be warranted. That experience was pretty smooth. By the time I hit 2500 miles I have now had 2 additional seperations and am having issues getting warranty replacements. So in summary that's 3 tires that are useless with under 3k miles. Save yourself the headaches. 10/18/23 In response to your reply. Lies and deceit will not help your case. Those pictures were not even similar. I have retained all 3 tires and will gladly send you video evidence. Also, you sent me a credit card authorization form that I filled out and returned. Your employee advised that they would call the next day, and to this day, it still has not. I, on the other hand, have left more than one message that has also gone un-returned. If you would like to do the right thing you have my information, and I will gladly update the review with your answer.
