I have gone to Tom's Auto Repair several times the last few years and I have to say they provide a very friendly, professional and honest service!!! When it comes to car maintenance, it is a very well known truth that businesses think they can take advantage of women assuming we don't know anything about cars. But at Tom's Auto Repair they will be honest about the services you need and tell you when something is a waste of money. For me, that honesty is a breath of fresh air!! If you want a honest and very fair mechanic shop to take your vehicle too, I would highly recommend Tom’s Auto . This shop has always figured out the issues and fixed it back to factory. Mr. Andy is the man to talk too. He really does go above and beyond to get you riding right.

I had to have my car towed here after alarms and lights started screaming at me. I contacted them and it was Monday following new years and they were transparent that they had a queue of cars ahead of mine. I wasn’t hesitant about it but decided to go with their shop. I’m glad I did. There was urgent and transparent communication about the issue, pricing, my options, and warranty. My car is older and I was just about ready to give it up but after getting it back it is running so smooth. Andy was the person I was in communication with and he was so kind and professional with both me and my husband.
