I had a great experience with Carlos at Tires and Wheel Master. He was very helpful from the start, gave me a solid deal, and the service was smooth and professional. I had a concern about my car after the install, and Carlos didn’t brush it off. He made sure it was addressed before I left and even asked me to follow up with him to make sure the issue doesn’t persist. He made it clear that if anything comes up, he’ll take care of it. That level of accountability matters. The wheels look amazing on my car, completely changed the stance. Hopefully the issue is fully resolved, but overall, the service and customer care were excellent. I’d definitely recommend Carlos and his team.

Crooks and thieves, their manager Juan called me to ask to remove a bad review in order to help with refund from 2 tires returned and after review was removed they keep denying refund and even kept 2 tires sent for factory warranty. It has been 4 months since tires were returned to their shop and still no refund and Juan their manager clearly said we wont be receiving refund do to reviews left on google. This is one of those places where you should stay away from, yes they have a good selection of rims but won’t offer proper costumer service if anything goes wrong, they will screw costumer over.

The people are nice, very helpful and the price I paid for my order was very good compared to other quotes that I got for the same items.
