My first visit there was awful. Young guy with dreads cursed because I asked for my change that he didn't give all to me. He was disrespectful, nasty, cursing loudly, pure evil. I won't advise my friends of that place. I won't go back. Mark the owner walked up and I told him about it. He apologized and was very nice.

Communication is consistent and they inform you on what’s happening in the process of getting your oil changed. Oil change was super quick and stress-free! I would recommend using them. I’ll be returning!

View on GoogleThis morning, I drove to the Oil Can expecting to get an oil change for my truck. I brought my own oil and oil filter under the impression that the oil change fee was only $14 with lube and $17 without lube. Once I pulled into the stall, I asked the gentleman how long it would take and how much the service would cost. He pointed to a sign showing that it’s actually $27.50 if I bring my own oil and filter. Long story short, the website lists one price, but after driving 30 minutes to their shop, the prices were completely different. I expressed my frustration to the mechanics, and they told me they’ve mentioned several times to the owner that the website needs to be updated. After speaking with the owner, he acknowledged that the website is incorrect and said he would have someone update it. However, I expected him to honor the price listed online, especially since I had already made the trip. Instead, he seemed unconcerned about how much this inconvenienced me. I truly love supporting Black-owned businesses, but experiences like this make it difficult when situations like this occur.
