This was my first time visiting this place, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. Jeremy was the person who took care of me, and his attention was outstanding. He was extremely respectful, polite, and professional at all times, which immediately made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. It is not very common nowadays to receive such genuine and courteous customer service, so this truly made a positive impression on me. The establishment itself was 100 percent clean and very well maintained. You can tell that cleanliness and organization are a top priority here, which is something I personally value a lot when choosing a place to visit. Everything looked neat, fresh, and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Additionally, they had fresh coffee available, which was a great touch and added to the overall experience. What stood out the most to me was the level of professionalism demonstrated throughout my visit. From the way I was greeted to the quality of the service provided, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. It is clear that they take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Cypress area who is looking for excellent service, a clean environment, and a professional experience. I will definitely be returning in the future and recommending it to friends and family.

I arrived tuesday around noon. Jacob at the front desk was very helpful, great attitude and made sure I was taken care of. 10/10 would come back, oh and I paid $140 for an oil change, new wipers and state inspection. Very fair price indeed.

I did a drop off for a emission test, and it was a wonderful experience. They did more than just performing the emission test.They also give you an overall inspection on other parts, and they do give you recommendation that your car might need. After the offer or the recommendations that was given during the inspection in case my car does need a near future. I might not need it to get it done now but I do appreciate all the inspections that is done through the emission test. I will definitely come back for all other works to get done when I can afford

I have been coming to this specific location for about over a year now and they have taken very good care of my car. My recent visit was a pretty big job and my car gave their technician a hard time due to a previous mess up from another car repair workshop. They fixed up my car and I’m extremely happy and feel safer to drive my car again. Thank you so much? Highly recommend!

I had to get my inspection done and where I usually go they were unable to get me in, so I've seen Sun Auto many times before but never had any reason to go there. When I went inside the gentleman told me to have a seat and he would be right with me. My left leg doesn't work well so I use a cane and also where a medical boot, it was only a couple minutes and he finished up with the other customer and I started to get up to go to the counter and he told me just stay seated he would bring me the paperwork to fill out. I'm not sure if they do this for everyone but it truly impressed me that he was so considerate to notice I have a little trouble walking and standing and he would do what he could to accommodate me. I passed the inspection, Kroger is nextdoor so I got my sticker. It was so convenient and I really appreciate the courtesy.
