Kim, Joe, Anthony are all so kind!! They were patient, informative, I had a meeting run over and showed up a little late - I was still greeted with a smile. I had to take pictures because this is the most COZY body shop to have to wait for repairs in. It’s like a step back into the old west ! The toilet is an experience of its own if I could give 10 stars I would!! Also the bathroom was clean and smelled amazing. I have never experienced such a PRETTY body shop. They were fast professional, didn’t try to upsell me on anything, fair pricing, and very courteous !

I stopped by and was greeted by a young man by the name of Nick. I was needing a price on getting my brakes done. I was very thankful that I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle!!!! Nick made a call and priced the parts and then gave me a quote for labor. This young man was very helpful and polite! I was very impressed ! This type customer service goes a long way with me! I will definitely be back when I decide to get my brakes done!

I wanted to get a estimate on my Vehicle out of pocket cost and Nick helped get me a quote of what it would be and explained that it was a rough estimate. I like the up front honesty that the price is subject to change because I’ve been to places where they gave me a different amount after having work done and that was not the case here. I will be returning when I am able to. Sullivans is a place of great customer service.

Justin helped me with an oil change and low tire pressure light, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He got everything done quickly and even let me know I was almost out of wiper fluid and filled it back up for me. It’s the kind of service you expect from a longstanding community establishment like Sullivan's, and Justin definitely exceeded my expectations.
