The Owner is great but the employee that closes the store early is a special kind of stoooopid. April 1 @ 4:50pm….closed???? If you close early thats fine but there is no need to yell at the customer who calls you out for closing early. Just tell me the machine is down or that the power is off in back. Do better Sorry you had such a horrible day that you needed to close early. I hope life treats you better tomorrow buddy. I bet it happens more than the owner knows. Kingwood is a small town and word spreads fast. There are other places that do what this places does. Sorry your 10 minutes was more important than my business. Good luck! Update There were no emotions on my side. I was laughing that he actually got upset at me knocking on the window. You are being lied to by your employee All He needed to say was “ we have last call at 4:45pm. “ I was there at 4:50…. Not 4:55 like he told you. Now I know you close 15 min early unlike any other business including restaurants like he yelled at me. Dash cam doesn’t lie I wont be there ever again…so no worries. Good luck

Really efficient place in service. For state inspection/emissions test, it is first come, first serve, but they are very quick and hardly over busy. I came to get my vehicle inspected, and the office was very clean, the service was very fast and prompt. Good prices. Overall, it was a great location for good service.
