I was recommended to Southwest Muffler by Midas after a 2nd location for Muffler repair. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was busy, but acknowledged me. The 2nd worker approached and I showed him a photo fron Midas of a weld needed on my Muffler pipe. He immediately got my vehicle in to look at it. The 1st man came and looked at photo as well, we joked and 7-10 minutes later they were done. I would definitely recommend this place, and the price wasn't expensive either. I had a number in my head and it was lower than that so I was happy. The only thing I would've liked was to know how much it was before they fixed it so I wasn't waiting with bated breath for the total after it was fixed. Other than that, I was very pleased with the workers, the timeliness and cost.

I have to sing the praises of the people, the staff, the workers ...basically anyone who will listen needs to know that THIS is the place. I NEVER EVER EVAAAA write reviews, but the people here have ALWAYS been kind to me, my family and I should've done this a long time ago. They are MORE THAN knowledgeable about the needs I had regarding my catalytic converter getting stolen. They replaced it right away with an affordable price. After that I thought I would never need them again...funny huh?) Well, the owner asked if he could ride with me to observe what was going on. After he rode with me he escorted me to the shop and helped me purchase the part needed and fixed it for me on the spot. Now,, today is what really took the cake. I haven't been in months but when I arrived, both staff members remembered me and without hesitation they assisted me with my brake lights that were both out and did it without blinking twice. I have so much more to say that makes them amazing, but as a single mother of four and a very tight budget...they are your people. They don't cut corners but they surely make sure you have the quality parts and service you deserve. THANK YOU y'all.
