ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. I paid these people my hard earned money 1,240 to be exact. I had to get a purge valve fixed, as well as motor mounts and cv axels. everytime i would leave the shop my car would be in worse shape then when i brought it in the first place. After he “fixed” my cv axels , my car is now not starting and SMOKE is coming out everywhere. My breaks are screeching, my steering wheel is locking. HEED MY WARNING DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE. they will happily steal your money and they obviously prey on young women who don’t know anything about cars. I work hard for everything i have and gave this man my last dollar to fix my car just to end in worse shape than i started. now i have no money and no car. if you know what’s best for you take your money somewhere else!!!!!!!

I went in on Saturday to get an alignment for my truck, but that same day I noticed the truck was still pulling to the right. I called them on Monday (since they’re closed on Sunday), and they didn’t answer me Monday or Tuesday. Finally, they answered me on Thursday and told me to bring the truck back so they could check it out. When I brought it in, I explained again that the truck was pulling to the right, which clearly meant the alignment wasn’t done correctly. Their solution was to just switch the front tires from one side to the other. I told them three times that I wanted the alignment properly redone, not just the tires swapped. The guy didn’t listen. He moved the tires, test drove it, and told me everything was good. But when I took the truck, now it pulls to the left. Obviously, that’s because he just moved the tire without actually fixing the alignment. Now I have to go back again for the third time because they didn’t do the job right. Very unprofessional, and they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

They can’t patch/plug a tire to save their god damn lives. So I went there one time after having a nail in my tire. The guy plugged it, but it was still leaking air. I go back come to find out there is more than one nail in said tire. Why they didn’t take care of it the first time idk…so the man plugged it again and it’s still leaking. I figure I’ll just get a new tire. I go back to them and they give me a new tire with a 2 week warranty. Not even 7 after getting it I ran over something and it went flat. Because of the warranty, I went back to the shop And instead of giving me a new tire, he patched/plugged it for me. That was Saturday Come Monday the tire is almost on the ground With 10 PSI. I will never give them another penny of my money. Working at a tire shop and you can’t plug a tire is just crazy!
