For the past four years, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Lawrence Mouton at South Houston Nissan, and I can honestly say he is the main reason I continue to service my vehicle there. I originally purchased this Nissan for my daughter when she was in high school. She has since graduated from college, and through all those years and milestones, Lawrence has been our trusted service advisor every step of the way. That kind of consistency and care is rare these days. Lawrence is always personable, professional, and genuinely trustworthy. From the moment you arrive, he makes you feel valued—not just like another customer in line. He takes the time to explain what’s needed, answers questions patiently, and ensures the job is done right. I’ve never once felt pressured or uncertain under his guidance. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my car is serviced properly and safely. It’s incredibly hard to find someone as dependable and sincere as Lawrence. In fact, I don’t know what I would do if he ever left—honestly, I might have to reconsider owning my Nissan! That’s how much confidence I have in him.
