Saldana Auto Electric and Mechanic

After an alignment from this shop my tie rod fell off while driving on the highway. Avoid this place at all cost. Edit: After further inspection, there were more loose bolts. This is absolutely dangerous.

Never going back and don't recommend it to anyone. I went in to get my alignment and suspension done and that same day the bolt in the caliper flew out, locking the tire and messing it up. I had to get dragged to a nearby shop that was able to help me. On top of that the steering wheel was still crooked and left my sway bars loose. A bunch of re-work that they should have done right from the beginning definitely don't go here.

Went in for a full diagnosis on my car and only got a computer reading which I was charged 60 for. I was told I would find out exactly where the problem was ON top of the codes, because I was denying the service if it was only codes. I told them I didn’t want that I could go to autozone and get that for Free. That’s why I came to the ELECTRIC SHOP with expertise in the field. Knowingly mr.adolfo says that it’s true because he understands that we can’t base fixing off only codes. Knowledgeably saying it’s true it can be one thing that’s causing other system to malfunction. So obviously I’d like to know what that thing is which is what the term diagnosis means .Basically he pulled a fast one like every other nightmare mechanic and told me at the end ones he gave me the codes “oh yeah and if u want what ur asking for then it’s 4/500 and it can cost 2k plus” So basically he gave me false hopes and lied to me about the job he was doing for a measly 60, so I went to autozone after these “experts” worked on my car and they legit read the same codes. These guys knew that the 60 couldn’t cover the “diagnosis” and lied about what the 60 included I still don’t know what’s wrong with my car for them to even fix it all I have on my hands are codes which I didn’t want to begin with. These are pictures of what a Oriely reader says vs a expert tool. Same codes, rip off and non ethical business. Also they said they were apart of the “ORIGINAL saldana electric on wayside”which is also a lie, I called the real saldana electric and they said they DONT EVEN CHARGE FOR CODE READINGS it’s FREE!!!! Go figure . I will be going back March 13,2015 for a refund this is not right I feel like because I’m a younger gentleman and not knowledgeable they used that as leverage to upsell me something they never actually did.

Took my car there for diagnosing and to be provided with a quote. The mechanic was able to pinpoint in less than 10 mins what was wrong and quoted a far less affordable price compared to another auto shop. The work completed on my car was top quality and ready within 1 day. I recommend this mechanic and great work behind it!

Terrible service and even worse customer service. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Hired them to install a GPS in a van. They broke the antenna harness and claimed it was already broken. It was brand new never used. They refused to make it right. No offer of refund NO OFFER TO FIX THE UNIT!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! The owner spoke perfectly good English when I called about the job initially then claimed he didn’t when I had a problem. BAD SHOP BAD SERVICE
