The owner Mr. Jack takes care on everything just need to know what is the problem with the car. He can manage the whole like buying the right parts and fix those problems. I personally called and sent him messages to get updated on my car. He replied each and replied the calls though he is too busy with his work. I respect this guy. Appreciate it. Thanks a lot. View on GoogleI called in asking whether they could fix my muffler. A lady answered, "Yes, just come in". I drove there. The driving time was about half an hour. Then I waited there for another half hour. Finally, a man came to ask me what the problem was with my car. After hearing that I wanted to fix the muffler, he said, "Oh, we can't do that". Then he gave me the address of a nearby muffler shop, whose Google rating is just 4. This is an irresponsible garage. The lady at the counter is totally incompetent. So do not use this garage! You could waste your time and money.

View on GoogleI don’t do review often but when a service exceed consistently over a number of years warrant me to write this review. Jack and his wife are great. Jack is very kind and does a great job with my car. He provides an honest and thorough care of my car each time I bring it in for service. His wife is also very kind and helpful. Hope this helps other to find a trustworthy mechanic.
View on GoogleHonest auto care shop that gives unbiased solutions to your car problems. My mother had a rumbling in her car when she accelerated 0-60 and her usual shop tried to get 2000 out of her to "fix" a bunch of stuff. I told her to go to my guy to get a second opinion because I trust Jack. He ended up saving her some money by changing the transmission fluid and fixing the problem for her. A+ service thank you Jack!
