I will recommend this place to everyone! Establishment is very neat, clean and tidy!! Vince took Great care of me!! Work on my car was done quickly and very fair pricing. I had an AC issue and in Houston no AC is a problem! Problem solved thanks to River Oaks Automotive Center!

From routine oil changes and inspections to more complex repairs, the team is always professional, efficient, and—most importantly—completely honest. Last month, I brought in my car there for a strange noise and what I thought might be a major issue. Vincent and the technicians diagnosed it quickly, explained everything clearly without any upselling pressure, and fixed it at a very fair price. I was in and out faster than expected, and the car has been running perfectly since. What stands out most is their integrity in an industry where trust can be hard to come by. They do exactly what's needed, use quality parts, and stand behind their work. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and communication is excellent from start to finish. If you're in the Houston area (River Oaks, Uptown, or nearby), do yourself a favor and make this your go-to shop. You won't find better service or value anywhere else! Highly recommend—I'll keep coming back and sending friends their way.

However, I have to say that this is the most impressed I have ever been of any service facility that I have ever worked at or visited. There is simply not a single bad thing I could say about the staff, service, follow up or competency. Keep in mind this is after multiple visits ranging from routine maintenance to a recent breakdown, so our relationship is past the honeymoon phase. Hats off to these guys. Oh, and as far as integrity and pricing; as nieve as she was, I would send my late mother (God rest her soul) by herself to this place and trust that she would not be taken advantage of.

The car drives noticeably smoother after the alignment and the inspection was thorough, giving me peace of mind. Their rates are very competitive and honestly some of the best prices I’ve seen in the area for this level of work and the team was transparent about the timeline and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys are the real deal. If you need a routine maintenance or a specific fix, I definitely recommend checking them out.
