I would not consider “Reliable” to be an appropriate name for this business. I initially brought my vehicle in due to overheating concerns. After conducting diagnostics, I was informed that my engine needed to be replaced, and I was presented with an estimate of approximately $7,000+. Given the severity and cost of this recommendation, I sought a second opinion. The second mechanic identified the issue as a faulty thermostat, which was replaced for approximately $100. Since that repair, my vehicle has been operating normally with no further overheating issues. This experience raises serious concerns about the accuracy and integrity of the initial diagnosis. Transparency and honesty should be the foundation of any automotive service, rather than attempting to maximize profit at the customer’s expense. While I listened carefully and took the initial assessment into consideration, I also bring 10 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic, which made me question the diagnosis. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business to others.

Well this place is recommended by my insurance. Since the first time I came I had a really good impression. They have a really nice waiting area with a bathroom,water,coffee ,tv even little table for kids . Everyone is very professional. Is one of the benefits of my insurance that I find this place and completely recommend to everyone. Also the rate prices for oil change is better compare to other places so is worth it every penny you pay for it. They have everything here and car inspections too . Reliable auto repair gives you the best customer service and class experience! I don’t go to other places anymore. So if you looking for a great quality service for your vehicle come here .
View on GoogleReliable is as it’s name implies - reliable. I have had consistently good customer service and they have always responded quickly and courteously by phone or in person. Their services are fast, efficient, and offered at competitive fair prices. The last time I came they did a good job on my brake replacement. They have a very roomy waiting room, with model cars lining the top ledges below the skylight for kids to ooh and awe. Appreciate Brian and all that they do to serve this community with auto repair services.
