Been servicing my father and I vehicles for over 13 years!!! This was a couple years before the shop there at now . Great customer service and the communication is A1. If they don’t have the part , they will get it asap and the prices are great! Never had an issue! The owner is very hands on!! David service my car today (Other times too) and he always does a great job! He’s nice too!!

I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car except him. He always answers the phone when I call, knows me by name, and immediately reassures me that everything is going to be okay. That kind of service and care is rare these days. He’s incredibly honest and always explains exactly what’s going on with my car and what I need to do to take better care of it. He never tries to upsell or push unnecessary work. His pricing is more than fair, and he has saved me a lot of money and time. Anytime my car has an issue, I know I can depend on him to take away the stress and make sure everything is handled the right way. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and skilled, this is the mechanic you want. He is one of the very few mechanics who truly understands how to work on foreign cars. I’ve learned the hard way that you can’t trust just any regular mechanic with vehicles like BMWs or Mercedes. Many shops simply don’t have the specialized knowledge. He is highly skilled with BMWs, Mercedes, and other foreign cars, and he knows exactly how to diagnose problems, interpret what the car needs, and fix it the right way. That level of expertise is hard to find. Because of him, I don’t have to keep shopping around or searching for someone who specializes in foreign vehicles. I already have someone I trust who knows exactly what he’s doing.

Cesar has been my guy for like 4 years after he was recommended to me by a coworker of mine. I have had maintenance done, fixed broken axles, electronic work and even regular oil changes. Nothing has ever bothered me about him or his employees, and the prices are cheaper than most if not all other places as good as this guy.

Zero stars if it existed. I want to warn people that they should go to better shops like Salah’s Auto Repair and or hernandez auto repair, as far as better places to go to. This Rapid Auto place is a scam. I will never trust going to this place again. Unprofessional mechanics. My car’s engine had simple engine problems but Ceasar barely checked on it, was dishonest with his words at times, didn’t care about my problems or my car. He pretty much told me “Your car is acting weird and I can’t help you.” He doesn’t even know how to do his job. Cesar wasted my 4 whole days just letting my car sit in his shop and purposely made me wait for answers, so that I couldn’t get my insurance to approve a car rental. When I took my car out of his shop, black stuff came out of my car like a trail… which has never happened before until I took it out of his shop. I finally took my car to a different shop that I refer everyone to, and the other shop found out everything about my car’s problem literally the next day and fixed it quickly. I’m glad I took my car to a better shop.

This is Frederica I brought my jeep compass on Saturday and my jeep was ready by Wednesday they are quick and fast and reliable and trustworthy and honest Best work so far and I will recommend him to anyone I’m happy
