Yesterday, my car broke down right in front of this shop, and what could have been a stressful situation turned into an incredibly positive experience. I walked over for help and met Aamir, who immediately stepped in with kindness and professionalism. He even asked his coworkers to come outside and help push my car through oncoming traffic, making sure I was safe the entire time.
From start to finish, Aamir took the time to explain every detail of what could be going on with my car. He reviewed my past vehicle history, walked me through possible issues, and came up with a thoughtful, thorough diagnostic. He was extremely communicative, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel pressured into any decisions.
