My daughter goes to UofH and we live north of Fort Worth. We had two issues with her car and after the first repair James did, I didn't hesitate to call him again for the second. He is a straight forward, honest guy and it's good know that he will take care of my daughter's car since I'm out of town. Thanks to Hannah Scott and her Dad for recommending James at Premier Auto Service.
View on GoogleThe quality of work and professionalism is horrible. It took 4 times to get my front end aligned on my car. They left two bolts loose on my front lower control arms!!! The service manager was always over talking me and had an attitude. Never an apology... He could have cared less. I will never ever go back. (James the original owner who was excellent has sold his business.) The new owners have only been in business for 4 years.
View on GoogleI'm very happy with the work they did on my truck. They fit me in the same day and kept me up to date on what was wrong with my truck. Their prices were much better than competitors. Very professional and friendly at every step. Watching them interact with other customers as well they were very friendly and accommodated them as needed to make their day easier despite needing their cars repaired. I'll absolutely come back for any repairs needed.

James is very knowledgeable but above all else, I found him to be honest and trustworthy, a trait nearly impossible to find in the car repair business. His guys did a great job with my repairs and at a fair price. I am happy to say that I found my go-to mechanic after years of searching.

James is very knowledgeable and is great for giving an honest assessment of what needs to be repaired. He also doesn't miss small details that other garages have missed over the years. When we first started going here, he was able to fix a problem that had stumped other garages we had taken our Ford to. We would definitely recommend Premier Auto Service!
