Came by today and they are not quite honest with what they can do for you. Turns out I needed a new tire all along after paying $60 for their tire service to remove a nail. Don’t waste your time coming here. It will be your own people.
View on GoogleAvoid this tire shop at all cost. I brought in a brand new set of wheels for them to mount and balanced. I even asked the guy can he do it without scratching it up . He said yes and sounded confident. After an hour or so I came back to pick up my new wheels and they were scratched up pretty bad from him not knowing how to use the mounting machine. After I asked him is that how he do business and his excuse was the tires were too hard. These are not even run flat tires. He was just incompetent and couldn’t pass up the money so he just accepted the job. Didn’t even bother resolving the issue. I paid for the labor any ways regret doing so now after I took closer look at all my wheels. I definitely do not recommend anyone going there.
View on GoogleDonnot go there. Literally lying and stealing from customers. Went in for a bad tire sensor as my vehicle showed on screen. Was told all sensors were bad and even got charged for just checking all tires. Went to my tire store in Alvin. They took care me. Only one bad sensor as the vehicle showed and was not charged for checking rhe rest of tires. Donnot recommend. Complete dishonesty towards the customer.

View on GoogleIf I could rate it a zero I would. I went in for an alignment and two used tires. Customer service was good in a sense of them taking care of the alignment, but when it came to the used tires this place thought it was a great idea to put two smaller dimensions of tires on my car. Granted the tires were a size 16 for the rim but it DID NOT match the height of the other tires on my car. Causing a high booty car and every light to come and my speedometer to not work. When I went back because of my concern, the gentleman told me to drive for five miles and the lights should reset. Well the lights remained on and the speedometer didn’t work, until I went to discount tires to now purchase new tires. Needless to say, I’m not happy about the service and lack of concern about my car after they assisted me. It was like you paid so we don’t care. Never again!
