Ive been getting both of my vehicles serviced here for a couple of years now and the experience has been great. In and out process with better prices than most. Edward and his team have always showed great customer service and professionalism, thank you.
View on GoogleWORST TIRE SHOP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire service and left with a damaged rim. The employees refused to take responsibility, became confrontational, and the situation escalated so badly that I had no choice but to call the police. Instead of professionalism, I was met with excuses, denial, and disrespect. No accountability. No solution. Just careless work and hostile behavior when confronted about the damage they caused. If you value your car, your money, or your peace of mind, DO NOT come here. There are plenty of tire shops that won’t damage your vehicle and force a police report just to handle a mistake. I will never return and I strongly warn others to stay away.
View on GoogleHorrible customer service. I wanted to get a tire swap $15 dollars which posted on the board. They switch price to $35 to do a tire swap. I even called the before and ask for a price. They guy was super clueless on price . This shop needs to be shut down on price gouging. They don’t follow the price board . google shouldn’t let advertisers a business. These are people snakes ..we all know we living in difficult times . Pleases be be careful they have a cold game.
View on GoogleThat experience was a hot mess, unfortunately no one spoken English so there was definitely a language barrier. Not may have been the problem because my directional tires for flipped. My air pressure on both of the tires that were replaced one was at 50 psi and the other was at 90, neither were correct. The two new tires turned out to not look good with small holes in the tread. It was just a really bad experience I definitely do not suggest it.
