What a night and day experiance dealing with Parkway service compared to my previous Kia dealership. Starting with the ease of scheudling my service appointment, to being greated as soon as I pulled up. Maybe it was do to having an early appointment, but I pulled in, met Lindsey, went over the vehicle's needs and was enjoying coffee and work in their waiting area within 10 min I think. During the service, Lindsey came to discuss the status of my 80k service and addressed my add-on issue. The service seemed to be completed fairly quickly as well. I like to think my customer service skills are good, but Lindsey's are great for sure. During check-out, we started just talking about traveling and other intrest while documents were printing, which made me feel like I wasn't just another car. She definantly has her rapport building down.

Let me oreface this by saying I have been a nurse for 25 years, and I understand the concept of service. With that being said I woke up one day with no head or tail lights and I had to go to work in the wee hours of the morning. One quick call to Kia and carina service rep, helped me coordinate a tow pick up for my car to their location at no charge to me. Later I was given a loaner vehicle personally arrange by the service manager Brandy Vataw, who did so in the most professional and courteous manner, My car was given a thorough inspection and I was yhoroughly informed of not just the required rapids but also recommendations for maximal safety. When I picked up My vehicle the service agents looked for and applied coupons to help bring my charges down. And that service agent was personable including every person I dealt with during this whole experience. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was an amazing experience and I am so grateful I was able have this team back me up. Thank u brandy for ur kindness and patience with me. View on GoogleTook my vehicle in because of an oil leak at the housing. They opted not to replace the housing which is covered under the warranty but instead charge me for sealing a failing plastic part, that I will need to replace in the near future. Make it make sense.
