Not only did they paint the bumper to seamlessly match my car’s color, but they also installed it flawlessly. The entire process was efficient and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout the repair. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations—it truly looks like nothing ever happened to my car. I don’t need to leave the car in the shop during the whole process but only a couple of hours when they installed the bumper. I was recommended Pacific Complete Auto Repair by a friend to diagnose and fix issues on my old 220,000 mileage CR-V in 2024. Since then, I’ve had multiple services with Pacific Auto: Oil Changes, Alternator Issues, AC Compressor, etc.; And they’ve handled each visit with care and professionalism. On top of their high-quality results, their timeline is fast, and their parts and service prices are great! Now, I don’t go anywhere else for my car to be serviced. I’m deeply grateful for the lengths Sean and his Team have gone to help me with my car. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will, without a doubt, continue being a patron for Pacific Complete Auto Repair for years to come.

It wasn't anything big, just the splash guard coming off a bit, but I didn't want to drive with it too fast or too long and didn't have the tools handy to fix it myself. I came in and my car was fixed within 30min despite them being busy in the middle of the day. When I went to pay, he said it was on the house due to it being such a small fix. I felt prioritized and I am extremely grateful for the fast and generous service. I will defiantly be coming back!
