This shop is great. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and have been very satisfied with their work on my R56 JCW Mini. Maintenance for German cars are expensive and want it done right the first time. Even if you identify something that wasn’t done properly Marlon and Roger are willing to work out something. Very reasonable guys. Also they do give you an inspection report of suggested repairs and you’re not obligated to accept them. There’s never been any pressure from them. I recommend this shop as these guys are down to earth. The only negative is that they are not opened on the weekend but that means they’re successful enough to take time off for themselves.

Long overdue review! I've been coming to Orion Auto Service for a couple of years now, and I keep coming back for one simple reason: they're transparent and honest. As a woman, it can be hard to find a mechanic you truly trust but I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of here. The owner and techs are genuinely kind and professional, and the customer service is outstanding every single time. Highly recommend!

I brought my Mercedes E350 to 2 shops before bringing it to Orion. Both places tried to overcharge me...and I mean BRUTALLY overcharge. Fortunately, a good friend recommended Orion and the difference was night and day. Not only did they do the work at a reasonable rate, they were incredibly thorough and prioritized the repairs needed without trying to railroad or pressure me into getting stuff done. Orion earned my business. I 💯 recommend them...I'll never take my car anywhere else.

I’ve taken my car here for years and have always had a good experience. The system they use for online estimates is great and lets you see detailed inspection results and photos. I took my car in recently for new engine mounts. When I got my car back, there was a new rattling noise. It took a few tries to get the rattling resolved but Marlon stayed patient with me and fully resolved it for me. This is the place you go if you want it done right!
