Head guy brought me out momentarily to show me some things that would need replacing within the year, but advised against buying it all at once since it's expensive. He even sent me home with a printout of those preventives and their prices. He did an excellent job informing me without mansplaining or overcharging. In and out in about 30-40 minutes total. Paid less than $150 for oil change and filter replacement. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Friendly, honest staff. Only thing missing was a blankie and a forehead kiss, but I'll forgive them.
