Peaceful and friendly atmosphere in the waiting room, excellent staff and service. I highly recommend this place to anyone! They did my auto inspection quickly and even vacuumed the inside of my car. Plus they found an oil leak and quickly fixed it for me. I also found a nice little gift in my car on my way out 😊

He took the time to talk with me, kept me informed throughout the process, and made me feel genuinely valued, not like I was just another customer in line. I was offered snacks and the overall service felt very personal. When the oil change ended up taking over an hour and a half, they didn’t hesitate to make it right by making it completely free of charge, which I really appreciated. That level of customer service goes a long way. I’ll definitely be coming back. Also, the free car wash was a great bonus.
View on GoogleI had such a great experience at Open Road Automotive! Every single person I interacted with was incredibly honest, kind, and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me in plain language and never tried to talk me into repairs I didn’t need. Instead, they walked me through each recommended repair, the cost, and what needed attention sooner versus what could wait, which I really appreciated. A huge perk is that they will call a Lyft for you so you do not have to sit and wait in the shop. It is such a thoughtful touch and shows how much they care about their customers’ time. All of the staff were so friendly and easy to work with. I felt genuinely taken care of, and because of that, I am officially a customer for life, from oil changes to any future work my car may need. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleJust got my oil changed and a state inspection at Open Road. They were beyond professional and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of stuff like Take 5 on Shepherd. Debra in the front office was quick, efficient and they got my car done in the time I had asked for. I will definitely be taking my car back there for regular service as well as any repair work I need.
View on GoogleLet me start by saying—once you experience the level of customer service and quality at Open Road, you won’t want to take your vehicle anywhere else. I found them on Google Maps and couldn’t be happier that I did. I initially went in for a state inspection and was so impressed that I came right back for an oil change—even though I was still about 300 miles away from my scheduled service. Totally worth doing it early. They also accept extended warranties. The entire establishment was spotless, from the front office and restroom to the shop itself. Professional, efficient, and welcoming all around—highly recommend! Oh, they left an Oreo cookie and thank you card in the car-what a special touch. Needless to say, I will be back
