Emissions test for $20 taking 10 minutes. Could improve a bit in customer service. Also would have liked to have been able to drive my car up myself. After leaving, I noticed the plastic casing on my car key was cracked. Could just be a coincidence, but maybe not.
View on GoogleThis place is horrible they do not honor your warranty that they give you for the amount time it is. I paid $500 in July 2025 and now it's December 2025 and my catalyst converter went out and they stated they my warranty only covers this time of if it get replaced and the remaining 7 months are voided out. And this was not even the owner, just someone that works there. When asked when owner comes in, they stated don't know he come in and out. I would think 🤔 twice before using this place.
View on GoogleThe best exhaust work I have ever had done! I had my catalytic converters stolen off my truck stopped by the shop talked with Ricky he was very knowledgeable. I explained what I was wanting the next day I dropped it off and just a few hours later. I have not only 4 new catalytic converters but a full custom Magnaflow exhaust system with the anti theft catalytic converter cover as well.
View on GoogleMy car passes inspection and they marked it as a "FAIL" then they try to sell me a hot sticker and new catalytic converter for 240$. DO NOT RECOMMEND! My vehicle 100% passed at different shop.
View on GoogleEven though they didn't offer the services my car needed, Ricky strongly recommended that I got those things done before he replaced the catalytic converters. I followed his advice and then brought my car back to One Stop Muffler Shop #2 a few days later. They performed an honest job at an fair price. I appreciate Ricky for keeping it real when he could've just taken my money and sent me on my way. I wouldn't have known any better. After all, there was no guarantee that I was gonna come back, but I did and I'm glad I did.
