NW Houston Auto Repair and Collision

I’ve used NW Houston Auto Repair and Collision multiple times and I can honestly say Jim and his shop are the real deal. I know every shop is going to have a few negative reviews, but those reviews do not match my experience at all. Jim has always been upfront with me, easy to communicate with, and willing to help even when I call or text last minute. He actually answers, gives updates, points out anything he sees on the vehicle, and does not leave you guessing. That matters a lot when you are trusting someone with your truck. I brought my white F-250 in for an alignment issue and brakes, and even with short notice he told me to bring it in. He kept me updated, pointed out a damaged wheel stud, and made sure the work was handled correctly. What I respect most is that he test drives the vehicle and makes sure it is right instead of just rushing it out the door. Auto repair is one of those businesses where people are quick to complain, but not always quick to give credit when a shop does things right. Jim has always treated me right, worked with my schedule, communicated directly, and stood behind the work. This is the kind of shop you want to have when you need somebody you can actually trust. My experience at Northwest Houston Auto Repair was magnificent. The workers were super friendly and welcoming to me, and they took terrific care of my car. They fixed everything for a really good price and even through in a free rotation for my tires. They were efficient and accurate in their work while also getting the job done as quickly as they possibly could without cutting corners. Jim was really nice to meet during our interaction and even got me a ride home until my car was finished. Definitely recommend them for anyone needing honest, reliable, and fast auto service!

Jim the owner or NW Houston Auto repair is an honest and transparent business owner which is sometimes hard to come by in this line of work. Jim’s price is the best in the area I could find and he was very quick with the work getting me in and out for a repair on my BMW in less than 2 days!!

had both my car and my moms car sent here and had amazing service. i was in an accident and my front end came off and Jim was able to fix everything perfectly for a good price. Even when my passenger window got shattered due to a break in he was able to help me out and fix it for me. He did a flawless job and even cleaned my car out for free. My mother’s car had a couple problems too with her engine and her brakes and Jim was just fantastic. He accommodated my mother by giving her time to pay and create payments when she wasn’t able to afford the full service. This place is a wonderful place with wonderful people. If you’re having problems with your car, do come here for great service, kindness, and warmness. Me and my mother are both so grateful.
