An underrated car maintenance shop! I was a longtime Costco and Discount Tire Co. fan for replacing tires. Neither Costco nor Discount Tire Co. has come close to matching NTB’s speed, straightforward service, and professionalism. I had a tire replaced here in under 10 minutes. The team was patient with my 20 minute late arrival for my appointment and walked me through all tire options. I highly recommend coming here for car maintenance.

Everyone was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. Demarco really helped make a stressful morning easier.

Sometimes I needed work done but couldn't get it done at the moment and they've been good about letting me know if I could get away with coming back later 😭. I got some work done today and it only took an hour or so. Very efficient and they're good about answering the phone. Very knowledgeable and amenable to questions. I feel like this is solid place to go if you are lil scared car shops! Honest and transparent and I've been happy with all the service I've received so far. I've gotta come back for something else but I'm told they can be bribed lightly with food (I'm just kidding😂).
