Bought new Michelin tires at NTB Downtown and had a really good experience. The staff helped me pick the right ones, explained everything without making it confusing, and got them installed quick. Car feels way smoother and rides much better now. Definitely glad I went there.

View on GoogleCame to this location about two months ago for new tire. Got a great price, and even some advice on maintenance repairs needed. Terrance and his team did not pressure me at all or gave the round about on pricing. Everything here is very professional, and great communication when it comes to final price and repairs BEFORE work starts. Also my repair man saw my sensor lights on and kindly cleaned the tire sensor that caused this problem. GREAT SERVICE !! Thank you Terrance I will definitely be back for future repairs!
