My Mechanic Kirby

This was my first time going to My Mechanic @ Kirby, and it absolutely won’t be my last. They were recommended to me because of how responsive and informative they are, and that reputation is 100% earned. From the start, they were extremely transparent with their findings and took the time to explain everything in detail. I had previously received an estimate of nearly $900 from another shop to repair an issue with my EVAP system related to the fuel tank. The estimate I received from My Mechanic @ Kirby was less than half of that, with a clear explanation of what actually needed to be repaired and why. Once I approved the work, the repairs were completed quickly and exactly as discussed—no surprises. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional or informative experience. Macon was my point of contact and did an outstanding job walking me through the repairs, but I get the sense that all of their service writers operate at the same high standard. My Mechanic Kirby is my most trusted vehicle maintenance shop! First of all, the staff is amazing. Ryan was not only honest about what my car needed, he was helpful, professional and polite making the experience easier for me. The two things I love about this shop is 1) They provide you updates and photos of your vehicle. It’s basically a car daycare, So there’s no funny business. 2) They have a service that drops you off and picks you up if you have to leave your vehicle Which is super convenient. Nick is a ray of sunshine who Made sure I made it to my destination safely. Lastly, everyone in the shop was inviting, knowledgeable and helpful which makes me feel comfortable about returning.

Perfect experience. The employees were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. I experienced a car issue while out of town. They were able to diagnose my problem, and repair the vehicle within my narrow timeframe. I am extremely happy with the service I received. Knowing I was from out of town, they provided me with contact information for dealers in my area who will honor their warranty. They even gave me a ride to and from my hotel. I had an excellent experience with My Mechanic. I came to them with a persistent and tricky cooling system issue that happened during long trips. What impressed me most was their high level of seriousness and professionalism. Instead of just guessing or suggesting expensive, unnecessary repairs, they took the time to diagnose the problem correctly. They performed a pressure test on the cooling system and a combustion leak test (block test) with extreme patience and precision. The team is incredibly cooperative, and they truly listen to the customer’s concerns. They have a lot of patience when it comes to troubleshooting complex issues, and they didn't rush the process at all. Their customer service is top-notch, and they make you feel that your car is in safe, honest hands. I highly recommend My Mechanic.
