Oscar from the jump was super professional and kind when we spoke in the phone. I knew he would take care of my vehicle with the upmost care and attention to detail. He was very communicative throughout the process with scheduling appointment, figuring out where to park and setting expectations. The whole process was easy, efficient and we talked about normal guy stuff as well. Which made the whole ordeal fun for the both of us. He’s a local Hero when it comes to this stuff! I just moved here from Seattle and trusting shops is important to me. Great thing he is mobile and has everything he needs inside his truck. I ordered Michelin PS4S, which is hard to find. The crazy thing is he already had the tires! Very impressive and didn’t have to order anything. My car is low and he made to take extra caution with the rocker panel. Not a lot of shops to this! Honestly I can say this was the best experience dealing with my tire and rim!!!! Oscar was amazing from start to finish!!! I accidently rubbed my rim on a curb and it was horrible looking. I called and Oscar came the same day and returned my rim looking brand new. Totally transformed it!!! It almost seemed as if he went and just bought a new rim it looks so good lol. Just Top notch service and professionalism, and that is rare these days. If you have any wheel repair needs, this is who you want to call. Ask for Oscar!!! The work is worth every dollar!!! I got a flat tire in Houston and didn’t really know where I was. I called Oscar and he was able to find me and completely replace my tire within an hour! His price was very reasonable and he accepts all forms of payment. Highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Mobile Tire and Wheel! I made an appointment around 2:00 pm today due to a tire that is consistently losing tire pressure, and Oscar got to our apartment by 3:30 pm. Oscar thoroughly inspected my tire for a leak or hole (and showed me the process which was pretty interesting!). At the end of it, Oscar suspected a very very tiny leak in one location but wasn’t 100% sure due to how tiny and inconspicuous it was. He asked where I’d bought my tires and then flagged that I’d purchased a lifetime warranty. Instead of charging me $150 to patch a leak that may or may not have existed (and may or may not have fixed the issue), he recommended that I go to Discount Tire and have them handle it for free since I had the warranty. I bought these tires 2.5 years ago and am far from a car person, so I honestly would not have thought to do that. Oscar could have easily taken my money (and the issue may have persisted) and been on his way but sacrificed his own time and money to direct me to where I could get the issue fixed for free. You rarely see people that kind, honest, and selfless nowadays. He also gave me a recommendation for mechanics who service BMWs (which I have). Bonus points: Oscar loves dogs and my puppy liked him! I highly, highly recommend Mobile Tire and Wheel. I will definitely utilize their business again and would recommend Oscar to anyone!
