If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was charged $135 for a used tire, plus another $30 for installation, balancing, and tire recycling fees. Then they added tax and a card processing fee on top of that. I ended up spending almost $200 for a used tire, which is completely unreasonable. When I spoke to the manager about the pricing, he told me “that’s the price” and refused to work with me or adjust anything. Even one of the employees mentioned that he had previously brought up concerns to management about the prices being too high and suggested lowering them. According to the employee, the manager’s response was basically, “Those are the prices, and if customers don’t like it, they can go somewhere else. We don’t care.” Very disappointing customer service and pricing. I would not recommend this place.

I can’t say enough positive things about Monterrey Tire Center. I went by one day as my tire had low pressure. Seemed to be a valve stem. The mechanics were super polite all was done in 20min and cost was $30. Whelp I had low pressure again the next day… another mechanic found a nail that we didn’t see the other day. Fixed in 15min… no charge. image below. If you need any tire repairs or assistance… go here!! Support local!

However, I was lucky to arrive just as someone had canceled. The team inspected my tires thoroughly, even advising me on which one to use as a spare due to wear and tear—without any pushy upselling. They took their time to ensure precision to measure my tires and was upfront about their condition. Turns out, I didn’t need an alignment after all. With honesty, they got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Their pricing was fair and based on the specifics of my vehicle. I highly recommend Monterrey Tire Center for tire repairs, rotations, alignments, and overall car service.
