The dealer’s solution was to replace the entire door panel at a cost of $1,200 plus labor. Then Erika stepped in—the parts detective. After a long search, she found a handle that fit perfectly for $200, which I approved. To my surprise, she later called—cheerfully—to let me know the car was ready and that she had managed to reduce the price of the part to just over $100. Exceptional service. These people work as a true team of problem solvers—consistent, fair with pricing, and professional. When I take my car, or my wife’s car, in for repairs, I always feel that someone is in charge and that everyone in the team is doing their part to the best of their ability.
