MEGA TIRES AND AUTO REPAIR

Been coming here for years, recently I had my girlfriend bring my truck to perform an alignment since I had just replaced my lower control arms and was too busy performing a transmission service on her Honda HRV to do the alignment myself at the dealership I work at. Well I told her to inform the people there that there were things I knew needed to be fixed like one alignment cam that had a piece missing as well as the pin that had fallen out which doesn’t affect the alignment procedure. Not only did they try to force an upsell on those items saying it would affect alignment even though the other side was fine as the bolts move in tandem to each other they also felt the need to throw shade saying “well if he’s a mechanic then he should know that he needs the pin and has to replace it in order to perform the alignment” not only that they constantly tried to upsell outer tie rods that I had just replaced 8000 miles ago as well as a steering rack that is functioning fine and inner tie rods saying that it had play which it does not. She told them 5 different time to just perform the alignment and yet they still tried to perform these upsells. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience and I will not be returning.

I just had my front left spindle replaced with a front end alignment. Jeremy initially identified the repair needed. Within a few days the part was ordered and the repair completed this morning. Angel and Martha were great to work with at the counter. I was given a ride to my home nearby and picked up a few hours later. I have a 12,000.00 mile or 12 month warranty on parts and labor. I’m very happy with the service I received and thank Jeremy for properly identifying the repair needed. I recommend Mega Tires and Auto Repair for tires as well. The tires I bought about three years ago are still going strong. I highly recommend these courteous folks for your auto service and maintenance needs.

Went for a wheel alignment and ended up with a $800 estimate supposedly for shocks and new tires. I understand the shock part but when you tell me you can’t do the alignment at all if I don’t purchase a tire is ridiculous, ride height difference from worn tires is usually negligible on most vehicles and doesn't affect the accuracy of the readings. Just don’t waste people’s time and money, I went to a different shop and they did my alignment, no questions asked, cheaper and even with warranty lol.

I was recommended to Mega Tires by a friend and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I have been here twice now, and both times were excellent. The mechanics at Mega got the job done right the first time! They are honest, knowledgeable, and provide top-notch service. Additionally, all staff members at Mega Tires are friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers. I can’t find words to describe how awful this place service is. Those people are a thief, dishonest and not responsible. I took my truck for an alignment, they charged me $125 for it but the truck still pulls abd steering wheel is off and when I took it back to them they said there is no warranty and they want to charge for another alignment.this is not the first time that this happened but I will never trust people like this for any kind of service and they should be out of business.
