View on GoogleThis was my first time taking my vehicle here - I do not live in the area and was nervous about going to a new shop. I brought my car to them in the morning, and it was fixed mere hours later! The lady at the front desk and the owner were so kind, informative, and helpful. The owner took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained why it had broken. The cost of the repairs were extremely affordable and I could not be more grateful - my car is running great again!
View on GoogleThis place was amazingly efficient. I have never had a muffler issue and didn't know where to go. So I’ve been a noisy mess. Left town for a month and when I got back my battery was dead. Jump started it and decided to go ahead and get the muffler done at NTB because it showed it as a service along with a new battery… but they didn’t do mufflers at that location. The gentlemen was so kind to share this place to me. So I called them up from NTB and they said just come right over. They were literally waiting for me. The car was up and muffler fixed/welded/repaired almost as fast as I was able to get my wallet out to pay. They were transparent with the pricing and honest about not needing to replace the whole thing. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleCalled in wanting to get some exhaust work done on my motorcycle and they said we can do it, and to come in. I called nearly 2 and half to three hours before they closed. I called in to ensure, since I only have one day off and that I don’t live close, and I didn’t want to ride 45 minutes in 90° weather for nothing. As soon as I arrive, they tell me to wait, and make me wait for an hour before anyone even takes a look at my motorcycle. Eventually they tell me to bring it in the shop, and the guy then says, "well we can’t do it today you’ll have to come another, especially since you came so late." Well maybe it wouldn’t have been so late if I wasn’t told come in immediately, and then told to sit in a waiting room for over an hour… They also somehow found it reasonable among that to charge me an egregious price for cutting and welding two ends of a small pipe. He said, "oh just come tomorrow, no problem." Like most people, I have a job, and this was my only day off in the week. I told him just forget it. They were short staffed this day as I found out later, but I could’ve been informed this before most of my time was wasted. My younger brother also has come here and recommended me, but unfortunately, I will certainly not come back due to this unprofessionalism.
View on GoogleStaff were very kind and professional! Went in with my husband to get a muffler and resonator delete and got it replaced with a straight pipe. The staff were very kind over the phone and in person. They got right to it. They were very fast. Would recommend and definitely come back again with my other vehicles!
