First of all I must say I received good service at this location. The front desk was prepared, professional and friendly enough, however once my service was completed there were some problems. When I brought my car in, the interior was clean and well put together; but that was not the case afterwards. Everything touched by the person providing the service was left smudged with grease oil and basically disgusting. If you decide to use this location for your car care I have to recommend that you be insistent that the tech wash their hands. If not you may be sorry. I know I was. Further, the panels of the interior no longer fit together as they should and the floorboard of my car was imbued with the grime you’ll notice all over the shop floor. If my interior wasn’t dark I probably would have lost my mind. Hopefully this place can be better in the future with regard to these issues. Please Me Car Care: attention to detail!

I went to an auto shop near my home in which I’ve been to before to get my brakes checked. After getting the information that the mechanic needed to take my car on the test drive to check my suspension I was then told my brakes were fine. once I begin going home, my car dash lights started coming on which included the ABS ,airbag, tire pressure light and also my steering wheel began tightening up and my gas gauge begin shifting from empty to full in a matter of seconds. I immediately called back and the owner gave me a dismissive attitude about what I explained to him. I immediately turned around and headed back to the auto shop and when I spoke to the owner and I told him that I didn’t have this problem before coming to the shop, he did not want to listen. Instead, he diagnosed the car with something that was never an issue and stated that the problem for all of this is because the ABS light was on. When I tried to bring an understanding of the main issue being that all I wanted was my brakes checked and I’m leaving with multiple issues. He stated that he will find a parts needed to repair these new issues and he will call me back within an hour. once the hour came, I called up to three times and did not get an answer, but once my friend called from her phone her answered immediately, but once he realized who was calling, he once again got an attitude so I decided to go to the shop once again. I was there for 10 to 15 minutes and I was not acknowledged so I decided to walk into the shop and I requested to speak to the mechanic instead and he told me that the mechanic does not speak English. I asked him what can I do about this new issue he stated “ma’am I told you that the ABS light is the problem” and after a lot of back-and-forth I became highly frustrated based on the fact that I was not being listened to. I will be taking my car to the dealership to for a second opinion, and if I find out anything happened within the 10 minutes, my car was on a test drive I will be contacting my lawyer. To the owner words of advice if you treat people well they will come back to do business with you regardless, but if you try to do dirty work things would not work in your favor. This is my only means to get to work and support my family it’s sad people would treat others like this.

We were passing through and driving cross country and our Intaxalock device was malfunctioning and causing lock outs. The owner was so patient and helped get it taken care of. Even though we did spend two hours there, it wasn't on his behalf. The company Intoxalock is a nightmare to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the devices and the company and because of that he knew how to take care of this issue and how to navigate to get the work completed. He was patient the entire time even when I was frustrated in the beginning. But he assured me that it will be taken care of. He was nice enough to let my dog come in out of the heat. He was great company while we waited nearly an hour on hold with the company over the phone. It was getting close to closing time and I believe he would have stayed as late as needed to take care of this. He truly cares about his customers. No B.S. and straight to the point and honest. Thank you for the great service.

Stop in on my Harley had gotten a flat dude got all mad and shit cause I stopped and proceeded to try and just put a plug in it for just a moment and when I asked if I could borrow some air he wigged out wouldn’t depend on this guy to fix or help you with any of your issues

Wish I could give more stars! I called this morning about a state inspection and was told to bring it by and that it would take 10 minutes. I brought it by and it took 10 minutes lol. Then, I noticed when they pulled the car out of the garage they backed it into the space in the lot so I could easily just drive straight out. Nice touch! Then as I was checking out they told me I could take the report across the street to Kroger and get my sticker in 5 minutes. Outstanding experience and would DEFINITELY recommend!
