Irresponsibility is really high in this dealership I come all the way from Dallas to here I rent a technician to check the car and I called them many times to make sure that this car is hybrid because I am specifically looking for hybrid and you can see it in the picture too that they mentioned that it's hybrid it's more then 5 hours drive from Dallas to this dealership but guess what happened when I arrived at this dealership I found out this was not a hybrid and when I mentioned with crow that you guys told me it's hybrid they simply said this is what it is. I hope it dont happen to you.

I've owned 5 Mazdas and used several dealers and this is the worst service center I've ever used. Today is the last time. Schedule an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation and it rakes them 2 hours. Meanwhile, they keep trying to sell me things I don't need. Filters are due: I said I do them myself. You should have all your fluids flushed: I already did. You need new belts at 50K miles and it's $800. That's all it's about there and customer service isn't their high point. You want a happy customer? Change my oil and rotate my tires like I scheduled and do it quickly. 2 hours is a waste of my time!

Took the car for 12 months service. Had a friendly customer service. conducted my affairs fairly. A good video representation was shared to let me know and see the status of the inspections done on my vehicle. The waiting area was comfortable and had WiFi, water and coffee. Negative: The Service center did not give me the complimentaty external car wash which i should have received. It was written in the service provided. All in all it was a good service and Parkway Mazda come recommended

Took my Cx-5 to Parkway Family Mazda for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t have an appointment but they took my car right away. Omar was the service advisor and was very courteous. I was sent a video showing what was serviced. So far I am very pleased with the service I received. They weren’t busy, but you may need an appointment on a normal day. My first oil change was free because I bought the car there.
