I bought four (4) tires for my car on Tuesday. The next day one of the front tires was flat, so I put air on it. I called the shop on Saturday around 7:30am, talked to the owner. He told me, "the guys get there around 8:00am". I told him I would be there around 8:30am (he mentioned he will talk to the guys and let them know that I was going). I have a video from where the tire was leaking to show the guy, he said, "ok let me check". The guy comes back and tells me,"it's the valve stem". He said, "to replace it,it will be $12". I asked him, "don't y'all check those type of thing before? ". He said,"yeah, but they get worn out during time, I said," ok, so the valve got worn out the next day after I bought my tires?, funny". I told him "don't worry about it, just put back my tire". He was trying charge me $5 for checking my tire. When I had just purchased $235 on 4 tires 4 days prior. He got the nerve to say "WE ARE IN AMERICA NOTHING IS FREE" what kind of customer service is this? After having proof on my receipt I have a 10 day warranty. There was only one young guy that was reasonable and understanding, working in the front where u pay.. And for that young guy, I thank you.

Efficient and Professional! I ran over a 2x4 on the freeway and they were the closest stop to me! I would definitely recommend them for tire needs whether its an emergency or not
