Beware of this place they don't give you any paid statement(receipt)for the service they offer I took my car with them for alignment and they did not use the machine I saw the guy the whole time doing the alignment without the machine they charge me $65 dollars but I also request tire rotation in the past they did to me balance and they try to again to balance my tires long short story they did the tire rotation when I requested they don't hesitate and tell me that will be a extra charge which at the end charge 35 dollars again no paid statement obviously that I request judging for the business they should give a receipt but again very disappointing just be ware that a business running like that does seems legit and making good costumers I've been here in this place making business with them and they don't care for you they care for they pockets..hopefully you have the time or make a stop here and check the reviews. Which are very important for costumers how they were treated..

This place used to be trustworthy, but not anymore. I went in for a simple tire plug, but the guy tried to upsell me on new tires. He did a sloppy job, and my tire was still leaking air the next day. Then he claimed the plug wouldn’t work and tried to charge me more than he originally quoted. I’ve had plugs done here before with no issues. I went to another shop down the street, and they fixed it with no problems. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I just left this tire shop Lugo. The man told me $50 when he got done changing my tire after I pulled out my money out of my pocket. It went all the way up to $60 when the original price he told me was 50 will never recommend anybody for this time.

I wish I had Read the Reviews before I went here to get my Tire Changed/Fixed!!!!… I’m Visiting from Dallas for a Wedding, and my Car tire broke down, I had put air many times but it kept going down, then I thought I should go get it fix. I googled tire place near Me and they were Very Close my Hotel (Hilton Garden Hotel) they were less than 1 Mile, I got there and the guy said I need to change the tire and is $65 with tax . I said is cheaper in Dallas, but he can go ahead and fix it. He fixed it, I Paid, den drove back to my Hotel to dress Up for the Wedding, When I got back downstairs after getting me my Little kids and friends Ready, I found out My Tire is Completely Down again!!! When I checked, I see that he REPLACED MY TIRE WITH A EVEN BAD ONE, AND NOT THE ONE HE SHOWED ME AND THAT I PAID FOR (u can imagine how Terrible and Exhausted that was, All dressed up with kids) When I tried to call them, They were Closed at 4:50pm and Goggle was showing that they won’t be open until Monday (And we are going back to Dallas Today Sunday) BEWARE OF THIS PLACE PLEASE!!!!!!! HE OBVIOUSLY PUT A BAD TIRE FOR ME WHEN HE TOOK MY WHEEL, when he heard me mentioned we are Fromm Dallas! This is Pure Evil and Wickedness!!!! My God will Punish that Guy that did this to Me #Crying

It was great. I got there when they had just opened and the guy came right to me. He explained to me that when the weather changes to air in my tires will leave and that's why my low tire pressure light came on. He filled all 4 tires and I was a happy once again.
