I went it think it was my front suspension. Eric and his techs found the real problem. It was their honest that I appreciated the most. Left with a new front end brake job done in a timely manner. Truck ran strong to Port Author. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. I definitely will go back if need be.
View on GoogleI called ahead to ask how much the price would be to replace the catalytic converter in my truck. I was told 150-300. It was 450 and it still didn't get replaced. I asked them to replace my catalytic converter. Both were in the back of my truck waiting. I get a call saying "the catalytic converter isn't the problem". I tell them I'm coming to get my truck. I get there and they're working on the catalytic converter. 😑😑😑 I allow them to finish the work. I leave. Instead of putting the catalytic converter in my truck LIKE I ASKED, they put a pipe in it's place and charged me $150. FOR A PIPE. And $300 for labor they said I didn't need. I should have known from the Confederate flags that I shouldn't have been in here. Don't do it. Don't trust it. For the love of all things shiny avoid this place.

View on GoogleThey cut my hard lines running to the rear of my vehicle. Fluid poured all over the ground. He laughed and said it happens all the time. They wanted to put a hose over it right next to the muffler! I had to call a roll off and my insurance company. Had to file a claim on my insurance. Have it towed to the dealer. Won’t have a car for however long. You can’t even make this stuff up. Total incompetence!! I’m still blown away. I asked why didn’t you cut it the other way. There’s nothing over there. He said he always does it this way.
